East London Wedding Shoreditch
Where to begin with this East London wedding. Emily and Sam are both from New Zealand and after years of calling London home have decided to say goodbye and head back to NZ. They invited a small group of around 40 of their closest friends and family to celebrate in East London with them, a place close to both their hearts. Their wedding was so beautiful, so full of love and some serious emotion I found myself crying quite a few times :) After a short walk to Victoria Park after getting ready, they started the day saying their vows under a few trees with their favourite people all around them. We then walked along Regents Canal to Rochelle’s Canteen for their reception, and to top off the day they took a speaker to Arnold Circus bandstand in Shoreditch where they had their first dance. I mean come on guys…..what are you trying to do to me! Needless to say I cried!
Emily and Sam were also so up for having their pictures taken, it made my job so much fun. Sam had a shot list of ideas for backdrops, so we jumped in a taxi and headed to some really amazing East London locations. They organised the whole day in just a few months and I loved how intimate and personal their day was. Emily works in Shoreditch and found her stunning dress in a vintage shop around the corner, it’s 100 years old and boy was it perfect.
Thank you so much you incredible duo for having me along to capture this for you! You guys rock!
