There are so many fantastic wedding venues to choose from in London, I thought I would write a series of posts to highlight a few that I have photographed weddings at, and love.First up is Trinity Buoy Wharf which is situated close to Canning Town tube station. I absolutely LOVE this venue that sits on the Thames looking out at the O2 across the river. It’s a centre for arts and creative industries with workshops scattered around the site creating a truly unique vibe. The large brick building that can be hired for weddings is a perfect blank canvas ready for couples to inject their personality into it and create a unique space to celebrate.
I photographed a wedding here in October and the large room was divided in to three sections for each stage of the day. As each part of the day unfolded a new section of the room was opened up creating an ever changing and exciting space. There are pockets of interesting spots all over the site creating some fantastic backdrops for portrait photos and perfect views of London.
I can’t rave about Trinity Buoy Wharf enough as a venue and would highly recommend it if you’re looking for the perfect wedding venue in London that has an edge. To find out more about this venue have a look at the Trinity Buoy Wharf website. You can also see the wedding I shot by heading over to the blog post. And finally I will leave you with a few photos of the venue itself!
